Pre-Participation Sports Physicals

We are now offering pre-participation sports physicals in our office! We are very excited to providing this valuable service to our patients and our community.

Did you know that nearly 40% of Americans don’t get an annual physical exam?

Annual physical exams are important for the screening, detection and prevention of many diseases and injuries. The same is true for the young athlete. Which is why we offer sports physicals in our office.

Monthly Health & Wellness workshops

We are happy to announce that we will be hosting in house health and wellness workshops of a monthly basis. These workshops are designed to provide education and access to experts in various of areas of health and wellness. Including but not limited to physical health, mental health, spiritual health, and financial health. Is there a topic that you would like to learn more about? Please let us know. We are here for you and we want these workshops to be valuable to YOU, our amazing patients!


These monthly workshops will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 8 pm in our office. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Please bring a friend or family member along with you.

Creative Ways to Maximize Summer Fun and Health!

Summer is half over, but there is still plenty of time to maximize your summer fun!

Come join us to learn some creative and amazing tips on how to have lots of fun and stay healthy this summer! You’re guaranteed to be invigorated with plenty of ideas that will be a blast for the whole family! Make the most of your summer by getting active and giving your body the best fuel!

People who attend this event will get a guidebook filled with fun outdoor activities and resources, including the best parks, hiking & biking trails. As well as tons of creative ideas on where to go and what to do this summer! Plus inspiration on how to host healthier BBQ’s and picnics with many delicious recipes and information on the healthiest summer drinks!

We will also be providing light refreshment and healthy snacks.

Please bring a friend along as well the more the merrier.
